If you decide to host your domains with us and you select any of our cloud hosting plans, you’ll be able to enable spam filtering for any email address that you create. With a couple of clicks in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel, you can set up five separate safety levels. In case you still receive junk email messages or the email filters start preventing legitimate messages from reaching your mailbox, you can switch to a different level just as easily. In case you do not want to risk skipping a genuine email that may be flagged as spam because of its content, you can also create custom spam filters based on the body, the sender or the subject of the message and redirect the emails to some other email address where you can check them at a later time.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
In case you take advantage of one of our semi-dedicated hosting plans, you will not have to worry about unsolicited bulk email messages cramming your mailboxes all the time, as you can resort to the famous SpamAssassin anti-spam filter that we offer with every semi-dedicated hosting account. Our custom Hepsia Control Panel will permit you to activate the filter for any mailbox with a couple of mouse clicks and you can pick one of the five security levels – from very low to very high. The level can be changed at any time if, for instance, genuine messages get filtered, or if unsolicited bulk email messages go through and appear in your inbox. To take no chances, you can choose all filtered email messages to be re-sent to a special email account such as firstname.lastname@example.org and not to be erased. In this way, you can go through them every now and then to ensure that you haven’t missed out on a legitimate email.
