FTP Accounts in Cloud Hosting
Our cloud hosting packages will permit you to create multiple FTP accounts with just a few clicks of the mouse through the Hepsia hosting Control Panel and to select what web files and folders each one can connect to. There is no upper limit to the total number of accounts that you can create, so you will be able to have as many as you want at any particular moment. In case you would not like to use a specific FTP account any longer or in case a web designer has fulfilled their task and you do not want them to access the web content anymore, you can simply remove the account in question. The Control Panel’s FTP section will permit you to view all currently existing accounts listed alphabetically, along with different options, which you can access with one mouse click. You will be able to edit the access path and the password, to download an auto-config file, etcetera. We also have a detailed Help section, which will help you administer your FTP accounts in case you come across any difficulty.
FTP Accounts in Semi-dedicated Servers
When you host your sites under a semi-dedicated server account, you will be able to create a separate FTP account for each one of them, since we haven’t limited this feature with any of our semi-dedicated server packages. You can accomplish this via the FTP section of our simple-to-work-with Hepsia hosting Control Panel where you can also view the complete list of all the FTP accounts that you’ve set up, together with the folder that each one of them can access. If necessary, you’ll be able to change the password for a certain account or to change its access path with several mouse clicks. You can also delete an account with ease in case you don’t need it any longer – for example, if you have hired a web developer who’s done with the Internet site and you do not want them to be able to connect to your files anymore. For your convenience, we have selected different how-to video clips, that will help you manage your FTP accounts without effort in case you have never used a web hosting package previously.
